Well I didn't have as good of a day today. I didn't get exercise in again and I ended up eating about 1400 calories. I had a low blood sugar and it made it so I went over in my calories. I think tomorrow I am going to have a free day.
I got up this morning and gained 2 lbs back. WHAT THE ??? Anyway I guess next week I need to get a little more aggressive.

Dont forget muscle will make you gain a little to totally kick butt on Fat so NO WORRIES!!!
