day 5

okay day 5 was busy of course. I didn't get my exercise in but I only had 1210 calories so that ain't nothing to shake a stick at. It is so hard sometimes to have so little calories but in the end it will be worth it RIGHT?

I woke up and weighed this morning and I was down another pound YEAH!!!!
