Food

I need healthy food ideas, please post some yummy ideas for me Id much appreciate it. I didnt do to well last week. I didnt fall off the band wagon completley, but if I dont step up my game this week I will be mad at myself.
My new goal: My anniversary is Sept. 22 I want to weigh 175 by then. I can do it I can do it I can do it I can do it I can do it.....

The 22nd is coming up quick. Are you close to your goal?? Just think of the hot gift you can give your hubby that night. It will be SOOO WORTH the sacrifice of food and sweat. Think water, and veggies. Cook them the way you'll eat more. You can do it!!
