Ok here is the Plan...


OK so I got to thinking....I am way over weight and I really have to start a little more to my size than jump in like I am a barbie...so a while back I bought a mini trampoline
SEEN HERE!

So I figured I could use that and I bought some 3 pound weights to use while I am jumping (bouncing) to do are toning exercises. I can move up in weight until we get the treadmill and elliptical...

So any words of advise????

I've been thinking of buying a mini tramp as well! And I'm with you! I've GOT to lose weight! My birthday's this weekend and I've told myself I can enjoy the weekend but then my b-day present to myself has got to be to get my ass in gear. So....I'd like to join your guys weight loss blog. What do you think? I'd be willing to spice it up with competitivess and come up with challenges for us.

I would love a challenge. I need something to get me back into gear after being sick for so long.

As far as the mini tramp goes I have never even been on one so I have no Idea how they work. But anything is worth a try.
