question people

Okay so I was wondering if anyone has ever hit a plateau before. I think I have hit a plateau and I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how to get over it. I know everyone hits a plateau but I have never heard anyone say how they get over it. So if anyone could please give me some much needed advice I would appreciate it.

Thank you Thank you!!!

Are you doing any weight training? Your body will get to a plateau at a point but if you do weight training twice a week, you build muscle and that helps burn more of the unwanted fat cells. You can start small with 2 pound weights or even cans of veggies. Just focus on strengthening the muscles. Do this twice a week in place of your exercise. Also, if you do the same exercise every day, it becomes routine or normal for your body. Switch up your routine and your body will burn differently. For example, Monday ride a bike, Tues. do weight training, wed walk/jog, Thurs. weight train, Friday ride a bike or swim....This is what I was told by a Dr. I did this to loose about 80 lbs after Michael was born. I am in the process of doing it again. I hope this helps!
