Ok so maybe I got a little overzealous with the work outs...I mean i do weigh 400 lbs and haven't work out at all in a yr at least...I threw my back out and tweaked my knee... I was down until today. I am going to start again working out today with the fact that I need to take it slow in mind! I can't give up I am already seeing a difference in my arms and legs...WOOHOOO!!!

Super congrats Deb!!!! I have once struggled with weight (yes, it was was only 25 lbs) but I was able to lose it and felt great. I hope your diet is good too. I take Herbalife by the way and have been taking it for 13 years - i never get sick, and i have energy. My aunt lost 120 lbs on it and kept it off for over 10 years now.

Slow it down, stretch it out, get back to it! Like the man says, do your best and forget the rest!
If you have to take days off of your legs, add days to your arms or modify the workouts so that you aren't bending the knee down as far.
It may sound weak, but you didn't reach your current level of fitness in a hurry so it is unreasonable to think you will get to your goal in a couple days.
As little as I check in on you, I can see you have it in you. Keep it up! And keep pushing play!
